The Song and the Story
A fascinating and fun-packed mixture of song, verse and people’s stories. This is a very different take on social history through the voices of ordinary (and often extraordinary) people. You will NOT be expected to sing, but can do so if you wish!
The group meets on the second Thursday evening each month in local venues. Through songs, stories, personal anecdotes and poems we learn and laugh in equal measure. If you are interested in joining us please contact the convenor.
